SAM SMITH – $15.7 MILLION, NORTH LONDON

If you haven’t heard of Sam Smith, we’re pretty sure you’ve listened to at least one of his songs. He first rose to fame in 2012 when he premiered his single. Sam immediately gained attention and later premiered his debut album, In The Lonely Hour, which featured his other hit songs, Lay Me Down, Stay With Me, I’m Not The Only One.

As a successful modern-day artist, Sam Smith now gets to enjoy putting his investment money into some of the most expensive investments, including his $15.7 million four-story home in North London. The singer’s house was initially built in 1763 and had a long colorful history to it. Inside, it features five bedrooms, a reception hall, and a lush garden, which has been featured a couple of times in Sam’s Instagram. It surely is a great space to get inspired, don’t you think?
