Michael Phelps (born June 30, 1985) is an American former competitive swimmer, who is the most well-decorated Olympians of all time. Under the influence of his two elder sisters, Phelps started his swimming career at age 7. He broke the record of a 100-meter butterfly stroke at 10. By 2016, he is still the record holder of 12 American age-specific swimming. With a total of 28 medals, he is responsible for setting numerous world records and several gold chips in the Olympics during his prime. He enjoyed a lavish lifestyle thanks to the popularity he attained after competing on the world stage.

He also has a significant figure in his bank account, and as a present to himself, he put in a little bit of money as an investment in his $2.5-million estate located in Scottsdale. Of course, he wouldn’t move in if the mansion didn’t have a full-sized pool.
